Procedures:
Wild Things uses a unique one-way door to remove nuisance wildlife from buildings (Instead of live trapping). This one-way door is installed over the main entry hole to allow the animal(s) to leave from the attic, chimney, under a deck or shed, etc. As the animals pass through the spring-loaded door, it closes behind them to prevent re-entry.

Entry holes leading into attics, under decks or sheds are deodorized to remove the odours from urine and feces that would normally attract other wildlife to try and gain entry into the building.

In the spring, babies are located and placed in a heated release box, which is then placed by the one way door to re-unite them with their mother as soon as she comes out the one way door. All areas are repaired on the structure such as: chimneys, roof-soffit intersections etc, to prevent the animals from creating a new hole. These animals then move on to one of their many alternative den sites. This method of removal is preferred and much more effective than live trapping.
